About Us

Tony DeRosa is the founder and owner of All American Realty & Investment Group and brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to the Emerald Coast. A former U.S. Air Force IT specialist, Tony has built strong ties within the military communities of Eglin Air Force Base, Hurlburt Field, and the 7th Special Forces Group. His experience in real estate, property management, and real estate investing allows him to help clients navigate everything from buying and selling homes to building and managing investment portfolios.

Known for his hands-on approach and accessibility, Tony believes clients should have direct access to company leadership and honest guidance throughout every step of the process. When he's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, he enjoys spending time on the water and cheering on his beloved New Orleans Saints.

Hunter Cosse serves as our Lead Property Manager, overseeing the day-to-day performance of our property management operations. He provides leadership to the management team, ensures owners and residents receive a consistent level of service, and helps drive accountability across maintenance, leasing, resident relations, and property performance. Hunter also works closely with company leadership to strengthen operational standards, resolve complex property matters, and ensure each property is managed with a focus on efficiency, communication, and long-term value.

Meet Dom, our amazing maintenance chief. Dom works vigorously to help every one of our clients and staff. When a screw is loose, or a toilet is wobbly, Dom is on the job!

Meet Russel, our charismatic Association Manager. Prior to All American, he spent 30 years navigating the twists and turns of the automotive industry. Russel loves car shows, jet skiing, and perfecting his swing for golf.

Say hello to Mike, a seasoned Air Force veteran with over 20 years of dedicated service. Armed with a bachelor's degree in psychology, Mike brings a unique blend of intellect and military experience to the team. When he's not working, catch him coaching or barbering!

Meet Keydi, a driven individual from Honduras with four successful years in real estate. Keydi is Bilingual, with Spanish being her first language and English her second. She's eager to collaborate with anyone who reaches out, making every interaction a positive and engaging experience.

Meet Frank, the Nashville native and the friendliest person on the All American Team. With a background in the Air Force services, Frank brings a touch of discipline and adventure to the team. Outside the office, you can find him lifting heavy weights, or relaxing with a nice book.

Gianna DeRosa serves as a Property Management Assistant at All American Realty & Investment Group, where she supports property owners, residents, and the management team in delivering exceptional service throughout the Emerald Coast. Having grown up watching her Dad build the company from the ground up, Gianna developed an early appreciation for hard work, dedication, and the importance of putting clients first.

Outside of work, Gianna enjoys spending time with her dog, Lulu, playing volleyball, and making the most of life on Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast. She is excited to continue growing within the family business and helping carry forward the values and commitment to service that have made All American Realty & Investment Group successful.
